A) HYGIENE
- For our management and crew; Hygiene will be the top priority on all our Gulets, Groceries and Offices.
- Our gulets will be disinfected by professional services at the beginning/end of every cruise.
- The crew will be wearing masks & medical gloves during meal preparation and service times.
- Thermometer and Disinfectant will be available onboard.
- The Turkish tourism ministry is also working on new rules such as COVID-19 certificates for crew/vessels, we will be monitoring these decisions, plus similar rules in other countries from now on to improve our services.

C) STRESS-FREE CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Valid for reservations made for the 2020 season as of 1st May 2020.
• Valid for following gulets (Farout, Farout 2, Farout 81, Revenge, Grand Farout, Tersane 8). For gulets other than these, please contact us for available deals.
• 30% pre-payment is made at the time of booking. The remaining payment is made in cash on check-in.
• The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 40 days before the check-in date with following options given
• 5-year open date credit plan
• 39 days or less: The reservation is finalized as of the last 39 days; payments made are not refundable, However, if there are any travel/flight restrictions into Turkey, Farout Yachting will except the cancellation, 100% of the payment will be credited to be able to use in 5 years.
