Sail Croatia Split Return Cruise 8 Day 7 Nights

After meeting the crew, we depart from Split Harbor at midday and head towards the island of Brač. There, we visit the seaside town of Bol and begin the Croatia Sailing tour.

We will cruise along the Dalmatian coast while enjoying the first of many delicious lunches with new friends, prepared by our amazing onboard chef. Then, it is time to dip into the Adriatic for the first of many unforgettable swim stops.
 
We will arrive in the afternoon, providing ample time for you to explore the local markets en route to the renowned Zlatni Rat beach, also known as the Golden Horn. This beach undergoes a remarkable transformation each day, depending on the tide and strength of the current, as it is located on one of the windiest peninsulas along the coast. Relax on the beach and observe the impressive skills of the wind-surfers!
 

Today, we will be visiting Hvar, one of Croatia's most popular islands and known for its lively atmosphere.
 
 You will have the opportunity to explore some of Hvar's highlights, including the hilltop fortress with stunning views of the surrounding islands, the town's old square, and a wine-tasting excursion with views of the 16th-century cathedral and bell tower.
 
 In the evening, you can enjoy some of Europe's best nightlife entertainment, including the famous Carpe Diem club, located on its island.

We will depart in the morning for Mljet Island, with a stop at the Pelješac peninsula for a refreshing swim. In the afternoon, we will visit the salt lakes in Mljet National Park to enjoy the sun, sea, and tranquility of this peaceful island.

You can rent a bike and ride to the southern part of the lake where it meets the ocean, a site not to be missed!

Inside the National Park, in the middle of the large lake, we will visit the monastery and church on St. Mary's Isle. Overnight, we will dock in the port of Polača/Pomena.

After breakfast, we sailed towards Dubrovnik, which is always the highlight of the week. Along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery towards the city, also known as 'Kings Landing' for Game of Thrones fans. In the afternoon, you can explore the city on your own or join our guided tour.

Take a ride on the cable car up to Srđ mountain for stunning views of the Old Town. In the afternoon, relax with a cider at the 'hole in the wall' bar and watch the local cliff divers perform their fearless leaps into the Adriatic.

Walk the famous city walls and enjoy delicious seafood in local restaurants. End your day with a night out on the town, visiting local bars and one of the best clubs in Europe. It will be a night to remember.

We say goodbye to Dubrovnik and depart for Korčula, the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Lunch will be served on board in Lumbarda Bay, near Korčula. We will arrive in the late afternoon, leaving plenty of time for an afternoon swim.

Once we dock, an orientation of the Old Town will be provided, where you can find more legends, tales, and monuments than anywhere else. You will hear the story of the stone walls, which were built over two centuries ago. Join the group for dinner and sunset cocktails at a 16th-century fort tower overlooking the sea. The view is stunning!

After leaving the Islands, we will return to the mainland. Following lunch, we will travel to Makarska, a bustling town on the Makarska Riviera.

For those seeking adventure, there is an optional river rafting excursion on the Cetina River, followed by a zipline experience from one side of the mountain to the other.

For those seeking a more leisurely experience, a stroll through the old town offers the opportunity to take in local sites and admire the Biokovo mountain range nestled behind the town. Visitors can also explore the local markets on the boardwalk or head down to the beach. This small town has something to offer for everyone.

Tonight, visitors have the chance to taste local dishes and experience the lively nightlife, including a visit to the cave bar.

On the final day of sailing, we allow time for a final jump off the boat and photo opportunity.

After lunch, we will begin our return journey to Split, where we will spend our last night. Take in the beautiful views of the Split Riviera as we arrive at the port for the final time. Upon docking, join your Farout Cruises representative for a guided tour of the monumental city under UNESCO protection. The city is not only a part of Croatia's heritage but also a part of the world heritage list. Discover the abundance of Roman architecture, with special interest in the Diocletian palace.

Finally, meet up with your new friends for a final dinner and reflect on what may have been the best week of your life sailing in Croatia. Can it get any better?
