Olympos - Fethiye - Olympos
For those who can not get enough of the beautiful Mediterranean,
the Blue Cruise from Olympos for one week is your perfect option. This cruise lasts eight days, giving you extra time to enjoy the ancient sights and beautiful crystal waters sailing in Turkey.
You leave Olympos to visit the Sunken City of Kekova and Simena Castle. There is time to visit the castle grounds and enjoy the sweeping views from above. The next day it's onto the beautiful fishing village of Kas, where you can shop or enjoy a cold drink along the waterfront. The following morning you wake up in Butterfly Valley, where there is time to hike in the valley or enjoy the time for a swim. You then cruise past Oludeniz beach and anchor on the back of the Blue Lagoon. That night is spent at St Nicholas Island, where you can go and explore the ruins. On day four, you come into Fethiye Harbour to spend the night. You will find newfound farewell friends on the shorter cruise before having the afternoon and evening to explore Fethiye. Fethiye's infamous Fish Market and numerous tasty restaurants are great for dinner. You welcome new passengers in the morning, and your cruising experience starts again. You will cruise along the same coastline but enjoy different bays on the way there and back for swimming and sleeping. You can join the optional activities of paragliding and diving, heading down or back again.
Your week-long blue cruise back to Olympos is on a standard gulet. All cabins have private bathrooms and plenty of deck space to relax and unwind. The Gulet cruise route between Olympos and Fethiye is a trendy route that includes various highlight sites, making your gulet cruise Turkey experience special. Olympos - Fethiye - Olympos Gulet Cruise Itinerary
This morning our Farout ground crew will come to collect you from your accommodation in Olympos around 10:00 am or from Demre Bus station around midday and transfer you by bus out to Ucagiz Village, a lovely coastal village with a harbor. On arrival at the gulet, you will be briefed about your cruise, and your cruising experience begins. Afterward, you will cruise onto the Sunken City, an ancient town that dates back 2000 years to the Lycian period and was destroyed by an earthquake. You will roll over this protected World Heritage site friendly and slowly to enjoy the view. However, no swimming, diving, or snorkeling is allowed in this area as it is now a protected sight. Afterward, you will anchor down to Kekova and Simena Castle, where you can walk to the top and witness a magical view over the bay. For the night, we anchor down in Gokkaya Bay. (L, D)
Today you will cruise onto Kas, a small fishing village with some of the best shopping areas and incredibly unique jewelry pieces. You will be given time to explore the local shops, including handmade jewelry, clothes stores, and some local cafes for great coffee.
Optional Activity: Diving
For those interested in the optional extra of diving, you will be transferred to the diving boat to go scuba diving in what is said to be the best place to dive in Southern Turkey. Get the chance to dive in the beautiful clear waters of the Southern Mediterranean with some sights offering a cave or even a wreck dive. We recommend pre-booking this optional activity online before your cruise to receive special discounted rates and guarantee your dive.
After your time in Kas, you will cruise onto the area near Kalkan and anchor down for the night in the beautiful Aquarium Bay. (B, L, D)
This morning wake up to the vivid blue ocean and find yourself in Butterfly Valley. Take time for a swim or an optional hike up to the waterfall. Butterfly Valley is home to over 136 different butterfly types and moths; however, they can be challenging to spot in the summer months. Afterward, you will visit the most photographed beach in the world - Oludeniz.
Optional Activity: Paragliding Blue Lagoon
Here you have the optional excursion of going paragliding. You will take off from Babadag Mountain, 2000 meters, and fly over Oludeniz beach and Blue Lagoon. This is one of the best spots in the world for paragliding and will offer you the most impressive and spectacular views! We recommend pre-booking this activity online for special rates or with our friendly office crew. However, if you decide while here that this is the activity for you, please let your captain know.
Tonight you will anchor down at St Nicholas Island, where you will have time to walk up through the island's ruins and sit and enjoy the sunset. (B, L, D)
Today you get to enjoy an excellent and lazy start to your day. You will wake up at St Nicholas Island, where you can enjoy a morning swim and breakfast before cruising around one of the bays near Fethiye for lunch and a swim. You will sail into Fethiye Harbour anytime between 12:30 - 1:30 pm after lunch to bid farewell to your new-found friends who are leaving the cruise. This afternoon and this evening are your own time in Fethiye. You may like exploring some of Fethiye's local restaurants rather than dinner on the boat. Be sure to ask our ground crew for ideas on where to go. The night is yours to explore the town and the nightlife before sleeping again on the boat. (B, L, D)
You will have breakfast on the boat this morning before you welcome your new passengers to cruise back to Olympos. Sit on the recent passengers' briefing and hold to the ship for more information about your cruise. You then depart Fethiye harbor around 11:00 am to 11:45 am and cruise back to Butterfly Valley for swimming, lunch, and an optional hike up to the waterfall if you didn't go the first time. Afterward, you will visit the most photographed beach in the world again - Oludeniz. Here you have the chance to go paragliding again. Maybe you missed the first time, decided to do it last minute, or want the experience again. Please look into pre-booking this activity either online for special online rates; with our friendly office crew or last-minute let your captain know on departing Fethiye. Tonight you will anchor down again at St Nicholas Island, where you will have time to walk up through the island's ruins if you missed out the first time, or you may like to head straight up to the sunset spot. Today you will wake up en route back to Kas. You will stop throughout the journey for some beautiful bays for breakfast and a swim before enjoying Kas again. You may like to go shopping again or sit in one of the local cafes for great coffee to watch the world go by. If you are interested in the optional extra of diving, be sure to look at booking this optional extra online before your cruise to receive a discount or let your Captain know last minute. The night is spent in secluded bays between Kas and Kekova. (B, L, D)
Today after breakfast, you will cruise to see the Sunken Cities again. Afterward, you will anchor down to Kekova and Simena Castle, where you can walk to the top and witness a magical view over the bay. Or sit in one of the cafes for local homemade ice cream. For the night, we anchor down in Gokkaya Bay, where you will spend your last night on the gulet simply relaxing and chilling. (B, L, D)
Your last day on the boat will be an excellent and lazy start. Resting off sore heads from partying the night before you wake up and have time for a morning swim. After breakfast, you will return to Ucagiz Village Harbour to arrive before lunch at 10:30/11: 00 am to disembark the boat. It is time to farewell newfound friends and your friendly crew. Lunch is not included on the last day. (B)
We will meet you in Ucagiz Village by bus to transfer you to Olympos or Demre bus station. If you plan on traveling to other destinations, you need to let the driver know so you can be dropped off at Demre bus station, where you can catch a local bus. Buses to Antalya and Kas depart every 30 minutes, buses to Fethiye depart every hour, and there is no need to pre-book these tickets.

YACHT INFORMATION
- A classic Turkish wooden gulet is provided for this cabin charter.
- Yachts are determined on your arrival. Gulet cannot be predetermined or guaranteed at the time of booking.
- All our yachts have yacht insurance.
- We advise all travelers to take out their travel insurance.
CRUISE TYPES
- Mix Age Travellers - 3/4/7 day options
- Mix Age Traveller with A/C - 3/4/7 day options
- 18-39's Young Adults with A/C - 4/7 day options (only Saturday departures)
A/C or NON-A/C
- We operate Gulets A/C or non-A/C; there is a price difference for A/C gulets.
- A/C Gulet daily usage limit is 4-6 hours.
- You can sleep under the stars on decks of non-A/C gulets. In Gulet cruises, most people sleep on deck, and few sleep in cabins.
INCLUSIONS
- Drinking water is included on this cruise.
- Gullets are included WIFI, but we can't guarantee reception in some places.
- Meals are included for the duration of your cruise. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 5 o'clock tea.
- Port and marina fees, taxes, and fuel are all included in your cabin charter package price.
- Linen and bath towels are provided on this cabin charter.
EXCLUSIONS
- On this charter, drinks are not provided in your cabin charter package, and you cannot bring your drinks. All drinks are sold on board. A bar tab is set up for the week. All bar tabs are paid after your cruise by cash only.
- Beach towel isn't provided on this cabin charter. Please note that you must bring along your beach towel, or you can buy a lungi from the ports.
- Entrance fees and optional activities are not included in the cabin charter package price(Paragliding, Diving, Water sports, Land transfers, etc.)
ACCOMMODATION
- All cabins have private bathrooms & and a shower.
- The allocation of cabins is done on-site. All gulets and cabin layouts are different, and cabins are not predetermined.
- On these cruises, you may be roomed in a twin, double, triple, or quad cabin, depending on your group breakdown. If you are a couple, please notify us beforehand & we will arrange a double private cabin for couples. Individuals are all shared in a twin or triple room mixed gender (we will always try to match same-sex first).
- Single supplement cabins are available at an extra cost for individual travelers who do not want to be assigned with another passenger. All cabins have private bathrooms with toilets and show restrictions
- Children of 6 and under are not allowed on this cabin cruise. Ages 7 years and over are welcome. There is no children's discount available. Kids will share their parent/guardian's cabin.
Bringing your drinks is not allowed on this cruise.
- Your cabin charter is a non-guided tour. No local guide on board provides information on the sites and locations.
- All efforts will be made to follow this itinerary; however, in cases of poor weather and sea conditions, this schedule may change. This could include altered daily plans and overnight stops. In these situations, all efforts will be made to consult customers on alternative options, and no money will be refunded.
Pickups and Meeting Point
Departing from Fethiye: There is no Hotel pick-up available. You will receive the meeting point details on your e-ticket.
Departing from Kas: There is no Hotel pick-up available. You will receive the meeting point details on your e-ticket.
Departing from Olympos: Pick-up is available from Olympos Hotels. Pick-up is not provided from Cirali or Antalya.
Departing from Demre: The meeting is at noon at the Demre Bus station.
